Chart Less, Live More
Burnout in medicine is real and I’ve felt it firsthand. The long hours, endless charting, and constant pressure were draining not just my energy, but my passion for the work I once loved. That’s why I created Chart Less, Live More a podcast for physicians who are ready to stop just surviving the grind of medicine and start actually thriving in their careers.
I’m Dr. Junaid Niazi, board-certified internist, pediatrician, and physician entrepreneur. This show is where I share the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts that helped me take control of my time, chart more efficiently, and build a career that actually feels sustainable.
Each episode is packed with real-world insights on topics like:
- Charting in real time (yes, it’s possible!)
- Cutting through EMR clutter and ending those after-hours marathons
- Tackling perfectionism and workflow paralysis head-on
- Why documentation is a major driver of burnout and how to fix it
- The ripple effects of inefficient charting on our entire healthcare system
- Actionable tactics to improve patient flow, increase productivity, and leave on time
This podcast is for you if you’re tired of spending your evenings buried in notes and want more space, for your patients, your family, and yourself.
I’ve been there. And now, I’m sharing the solutions that actually work.
